Delivery & Curb Side Instructions
I placed my order online and selected "Local Delivery" at checkout, what happens next?!
- We are currently delivering all local orders via our contactless couriers the following days of the week:
- Holiday Hours: December 21st - December 23rd 11 am - 6 pm December 24th 11 am - 3:30 pm December 25th CLOSED
- Your order will be left in the mailbox, if there is no mailbox it will be left in the safest available spot.
- Please be sure to note any relevant details related to delivery at checkout in the note section, including buzz codes, apartment suite #'s, etc. The more details the better!
- If we are delivering to a location that requires a buzz code and you are not home to accept your order at the time of delivery, we will attempt a second delivery on the next scheduled delivery date.

I placed my order online and selected "Curb Side Pick Up" at checkout, what happens next?!
- As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive a confirmation email from us! Please note, there is absolutely no rush for you to come and collect your order, it will be here until it is convenient for you.
- All Curb Side Pick Up orders will be available for pick up at our storefront located at 111 Osborne Street.
- We ask that you please either give us a call when you are a couple of minutes away, this way we can make sure your order is at the front of the queue. Or, you can knock on our front door and we will come bring your order to you.
- Please note we are open exclusive hours for all pick ups: Monday through Saturday from 12 pm - 3 pm.
- If you are an essential worker and these time slots do not work for you, please reach out and we will do our very best to find a time that works!
