A contemporary take on the Jhumki earring.
This piece begins with a blank canvas of Organza Silk and are then hand embroidered with a mix of delicate cotton, silk, and metal threads. The embroidered panels are affixed to brass, accented lightly with Pearls, Sapphires, and an old-worldly crystal called Polki, with sterling silver posts and backs.
Each pair of earrings comes with with a jewelry box which is fashioned out of a clay, based on an architectural ornamentation style native to Aditi’s family’s ancestral Kutch, Gujrat.
